Terms of service

Please read these terms and conditions before using our services.

 

Acknowledgement

These are the Terms of Service, governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and the company. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms applying to all clients/customers. If You disagree with any part of these Terms of Service then you may not access the service.

 

Booking Policy

No Refunds.

1:1s - All sessions must be paid IN FULL before any sessions can be booked in - this includes travel fees for those that are booking "clients place" sessions.

 

Any cancellations less than 48hrs of your booked appointment or last minute rescheduling will not be accepted and applies to all clients. Please note that you will be charged a fee should this be the case.

All clients emails should be kept up to date in order to receive all booking confirmations and reminders. This will be the first point of contact. Any updates regarding class, 1:1 sessions ext. emails will be sent to the clients email on file. 

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of 1:1 private sessions within 72hrs of your agreed slot is free of charge. If any sessions need to be rescheduled a date NEEDS to be confirmed before the arrival of your original slot - no less than 3hrs prior. You will lose your booked session if not. Class slots can NOT be rescheduled. 

LATENESS/No Shows and Fees: Any lateness (10 minutes) to a private session, you will be charged a £10 fee. and your session will be cancelled.

Any fees that are required for you to pay, payment needs to be made the day of your missed appointment. If this payment is not received any future bookings will be cancelled (on the morning of) until this payment has been received. You will have ONE WEEK from the missed booking to make this payment otherwise your agreement with Stretch and Flex will be terminated.

Any lateness after 10 minutes to class. Your entry will be refused and your slot will be cancelled. Missed sessions are NOT refunded 

Class - No reschedules or cancellations   

 

Changes To A Class/Session

If for any reason a session needs to be cancelled, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative. If the alternative slot does not suit you a refund will be issued. 

Class slots are a minimum of 3 - class will be cancelled the morning of if the minimum slots haven't been filled. Refunds will be sent out! If you'd like to be transferred to another class please request this from your coach within 1 week of the cancelled class slots.

Health & Safety

Stretch and Flex accepts no liability for any injury occurring as a result of partaking in these services. If you are in doubt about your health you should contact a Doctor and it is the clients responsibility to let your coach know of any changes to your health during a session.

Package Deals

Clients have been given a deal to purchase a bundle of private 1 to 1 sessions at a discounted price. These package deals can only be purchased ONCE every 6 weeks. Either a duo, trio or a quadruple package NOT one of each. Once a deal has been purchased you will have one week to get your sessions booked in - if this is not done within this time frame you will lose the purchased sessions. Ensure that you are aware of the avail before purchasing. Price plans are for a number of private sessions NOT the number of people attending.

 

Website Subscriptions

Once you join our mailing list you agree to receiving exclusive updates such as pre orders for new products, access to unreleased YouTube Videos, Full list of private session availability before its release date and many more updates. These emails/messages can be stopped at any moment by you changing your subscription preferences.  

 

User Accounts 

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. We use your personal data to provide and improve the service given. By using our service you agree to the collection and use of information e.g (Clients place 1 to 1 sessions full address will be needed and the company will keep this information confidential!) 

 

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your members page on the website and for any activities or actions under your password.

 

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

 

 

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service - If we hold any information on your behalf that you wish to be disposed of, this will be done ASAP
