Leg Strength Training (1:1 sessions and class)

For class yoga blocks are REQUIRED - you will not be granted entry without them!

- Use of yoga blocks for more depth and intensity

- Strengthening of the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves!

Your legs will thank you for it later :)

Please be advised you must arrive on time and ensure you are hydrated.

Bring along:


Yoga mat

Yoga blocks

Knee pads (if required)

You have a 10 minute grace period. Sessions WILL be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will NOT be accepted. Extra fees apply.
