Perfect for anyone looking to release tension and improve flexibility in their hips. You will be guided through a series of drills designed to open up your hips and increase mobility. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this session will be tailored to your skill levels.

Please be advised you must arrive on time and ensure you are hydrated.

Water
Yoga mat
Knee pads (If required)
Yoga blocks (If required)
You have a 10 minute grace period. Sessions will be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will not be accepted. Extra fees apply.
