Hip opening has so many different benefits! Release the hips.. release the pent up emotions

- Increasing movement in hips and releasing stress

- Middle splits training

- Strengthening of the hips

- Relieving back pain

Please be advised you must arrive on time and ensure you are hydrated.

Bring along:


Yoga mat

Knee pads (If required)

Yoga blocks (If required)

You have a 10 minute grace period. Sessions WILL be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will NOT be accepted. Extra fees apply.
