The session layout of this high-energy, full-body workout will depend on your fitness goals. Our experienced coach will guide you through a variety of exercises and drills to target every muscle group. We will be covering the importance of technique and set training days with adequate REST days allowing you to recover between training sessions.

Water

Yoga mat

Knee pads (if required)

Yoga blocks (Required)


You have a 10 minute grace period. Sessions will be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will not be accepted. Extra fees apply
