Service Description

This workshop is exclusively for women and designed to build community, connection, and confidence through movement. You can attend alone, but it is also perfect for mothers & daughters, sisters, cousins and friends who want to move, connect, and grow together in a supportive environment. Workshop Discussion & Connection Session: This is more than just a class. Before the physical training begins, we will have a guided group discussion around women’s health, fitness, mindset, body confidence, and personal growth. This is a safe, uplifting space to share experiences, connect with other women and build a supportive community around movement and wellbeing. Hip Opening & Strength Training This workshop focuses on both releasing tension and building strength in the hips and glutes. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, all exercises will be adaptable for different levels. What to Expect: This is NOT yoga. Stretch and Flex runs strength-based flexibility training. You’ll be guided through a structured session combining strength drills, mobility work and targeted stretches. Benefits of this workshop include: - Relieving Hip & Lower Back Tension: Reduce tightness and discomfort from daily life or training. - Strengthening the Hips & Glutes: Build stability, control, and support for your joints and posture. - Improving Mobility & Flexibility: Increase range of motion safely and effectively. - Stress Release & Nervous System Reset: Move, stretch, and unwind in a calm and supportive environment. - Community & Connection: Meet like-minded women and feel supported in your movement journey Important Information: Arrival: Please arrive on time; the warm-up cannot be missed to prevent injury. You have a 10-minute grace period. Class slots will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or fail to show up. Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before and during the workshop.
