Welcome to our Hips & Hamstrings Class (Forward Splits Training) Online Zoom! Get ready to improve your flexibility and strength from the comfort of your own home. Join us for a dynamic session focused on opening up your hips and lengthening your hamstrings to help you achieve those strong forward splits. Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced, this class is suitable for all levels. Our experienced stretch coach will guide you through a series of drills and stretches to target those tight areas and enhance your overall performance. - Stretching and strengthening of the hips & hamstrings. - Easing tight hammies/strengthening the glutes. - Releasing stress from the hips & increasing movement. - Getting comfortable with front splits. Please be advised you must sign in on time and ensure you are hydrated. Bring along: Water Yoga mat Knee pads (If required) Yoga blocks (If required) You have a 10 minute grace period to log into the Zoom.
