Welcome to our Online Leg Workout & Splits Training Class! Get ready to tone those legs and work on your flexibility from the comfort of your own home. Our experienced coach will guide you through a series of exercises/drills to strengthen your lower body and help you achieve those forward splits. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you're sure to benefit. Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your leg strength and flexibility! Yoga blocks are required - You will not be able to take this class without them Workout - Improving muscular endurance - Strengthening of the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves! Your legs will thank you for it later :) Hip & Hamstrings - Stretching and strengthening of the hips & hamstrings. - Easing tight hammies/strengthening the glutes. - Releasing stress from the hips & increasing movement. - Getting comfortable with front splits. Please be advised you must arrive on time and ensure you are hydrated. (Please note that class may be filmed) Bring along: Water Yoga mat Knee pads (if required) You have a 10 minute grace period to log into the Zoom.
