Join us for an energizing online workout session that focuses on strengthening your core and improving hip flexibility. This class is perfect for anyone looking to tone and strengthen their abs, relieve lower back pain and, increase overall body mobility and improve your posture. Our experienced coach will guide you through a series of exercises designed to target your core muscles and open up your hips. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this class is suitable for all levels. Get ready to sweat, stretch, and feel the burn from the comfort of your own home! Workout - Cutting into belly fat - Strengthening the lower back, core & obliques - Stabilising the entire body Hip Opening - Increasing movement in hips and releasing stress - Middle splits training - Strengthening of the hips - Relieving back pain Please be advised you must sign in on time and ensure you are hydrated. (Please note that class may be filmed - Cameras must be on. Please contact us if you'd rather have an alternative) Bring along: Water Yoga mat Yoga Blocks (if required) Knee pads (if required) You have a 10 minute grace period to log into the Zoom.
