Service Description

Join our Back, Shoulders & Neck Mobility class, where we focus on improving upper body mobility, posture and joint health. This class is designed to help you move your spine, shoulders, and neck with greater freedom and control through a combination of mobility drills and joint-strengthening exercises. Perfect for those experiencing stiffness from daily activities, desk work, or training, this session will help you restore healthy movement and reduce tension in the upper body. Class Highlights • Improve Upper Body Mobility: Increase range of motion through the spine, shoulders, and neck. • Posture Improvement: Strengthen the muscles that support proper posture and spinal alignment. • Relieve Neck & Shoulder Tension: Reduce stiffness and tightness commonly caused by desk work and daily stress. • Joint-Specific Strength Training: Build strength around the shoulder and upper back to support healthy movement. • Pain-Free Movement: Learn techniques to move your upper body more comfortably and efficiently. Important Information Please be advised of the following: Punctuality & Hydration: Arrive on time and ensure you are well-hydrated. Filming Notice: Please note that the class will be filmed for training and promotional purposes. What to Bring • Water: Stay hydrated throughout the session. • Yoga Mat: Required for comfort and support during exercises. • Knee Pads: Recommended, if needed for extra cushioning. • Yoga Blocks: Required, to assist with certain mobility exercises. Class Policies Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Class slots will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up. No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted.
