Service Description

This Back & Hip Strengthening class is designed to build strength, stability and control through your hips, glutes, core and back. This class supports posture, protects the lower back and improves movement quality. Suitable for all levels. Class Highlights • Hips & Glutes Strengthening: Build strong, supportive muscles to stabilise the pelvis and reduce strain on the lower back. • Back & Core Stability: Strengthen the muscles that support your spine to improve posture and reduce discomfort. • Improved Movement Control: Develop better coordination and strength for daily movement, training and flexibility work. • Injury Prevention: Strength-based exercises designed to support safer stretching and long-term mobility progress. Important Information: Please ensure you arrive on time, as the warm-up cannot be missed in order to prevent injury. You have a 10-minute grace period; no class entry after this time. Please arrive well-hydrated. The class may be filmed for educational and promotional purposes. What to Bring: • Water • Yoga mat • Knee pads (Recommended) • Yoga blocks (REQUIRED) Attendance Policy We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Class slots will be cancelled after 10 minutes of lateness or no-show. Cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted.
