Service Description
Sessions tailored to each individual. Yes if you're a beginner you can join too! (Yoga blocks & a stretch band are REQUIRED - you will not be granted entry without them! Available to purchase if you do not own any) Full body stretch session with yoga blocks and stretch bands - Getting deeper into stretches - Assisted stretching - learning how to take your flexibility and mobility to the next level using equipment Please be advised you must arrive on time and ensure you are hydrated. (Please note that class may be filmed) Bring along: Water Yoga mat Knee pads (If required) Yoga blocks - REQUIRED Stretch band - REQUIRED (Available to purchase on the site) You have a 10 minute grace period. Sessions WILL be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will NOT be accepted.
