Tight hips cause lower back pains...vice versa, if you want open hips you must work on your back too! You will be guided through a series of drills and stretches designed to target those tight areas. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this session will be tailored to your skill level.
- Relieving lower back pain
- Strengthening of the hips and back
- Increasing flexibility and relieving built up tension
- Middle splits
- Backbends and shoulder mobility
Please be advised you must arrive on time and ensure you are hydrated.

Water
Yoga mat
Knee pads (If required)
Yoga blocks (If required)
You have a 10 minute grace period. Sessions will be cancelled at 10 minutes lateness/no show. Last minute cancellations and rescheduling will not be accepted. Extra fees apply.
