Unlock greater mobility, strength and control through your hips and hamstrings with this virtual flexibility training class. Designed to support progress toward strong, controlled forward splits, this session focuses on building usable range of motion while reducing tightness and discomfort. Suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to flexibility training or refining advanced ranges. Class Focus: This class combines mobility, strength and stretch-based work to improve performance and movement quality: Hip & Hamstring Mobility: Increase range of motion with controlled, joint-focused exercises Strength Within Range: Build strength in lengthened positions to support flexibility gains Release Tightness: Reduce hamstring tension while activating and strengthening the glutes for balance and support Stress & Tension Release: Learn techniques to release stored tension in the hips and posterior chain Forward Split Progression: Develop confidence and comfort in front-split-related positions, safely and progressively Important Information: - Cameras must be ON, microphones on MUTE (for coaching quality and safety) - Arrival: Please log in on time; the warm-up is essential for injury prevention - Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before and during the session - Filming Notice: This class may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes What You’ll Need Knee Pads required - For additional support Water – to stay hydrated Yoga Mat – required for floor-based work Knee Pads – optional, for added comfort Time & Booking Policy A 10-minute grace period applies Classes will be forfeited if you log in more than 10 minutes late or do not attend No cancellations or rescheduling permitted For full details, please review our Terms of Service: https://www.stretchandflex.co/terms-of-service
