Created for Muslim women, by request 💙 (Class doesn't need to be filmed) Mobility Training class, where we focus on enhancing your ability to move through a range of motion with strength and control. Our sessions are designed to improve your full body strength and mobility through dynamic stretching exercises and rehab drills. Join us to experience the benefits of increased flexibility, joint-specific strength training, and effective pain relief. Class Highlights - Increasing Flexibility: Enhance your range of motion and overall flexibility through targeted exercises. - Joint-Specific Strength Training & Pain Relief: Focus on strengthening your joints to alleviate pain and improve functionality. - Injury Prevention/Rehab: Participate in exercises aimed at preventing injuries and aiding recovery. - Improve Athletic Performance and Strength: Boost your athletic capabilities and overall strength. - Pain-Free Movement: Learn techniques to move without discomfort, promoting a healthier lifestyle. Important Information Please be advised of the following: Punctuality & Hydration: Arrive on time and ensure you are well-hydrated. What to Bring - Water: Stay hydrated throughout the session. - Yoga Mat: Required for comfort and support during exercises. - Knee Pads: Recommended, if needed for extra cushioning. - Yoga Blocks: Required, to assist with certain stretches and poses. Class Policies Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Class slots will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up. No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted.
