Unlock the potential of your hips and hamstrings with our flexibility training class, designed to help you achieve those strong forward splits. Whether you're a beginner or have advanced flexibility, this class welcomes all levels to explore the benefits of a well-stretched body. Class Focus Join our experienced stretch coach for a session that targets key areas to enhance your flexibility and performance: - Stretching and Strengthening: Focus on both the hips and hamstrings to improve your range of motion and build strength. - Easing Tightness: Work on relieving tight hamstrings while strengthening the glutes for better support and balance. - Stress Release: Learn techniques to release tension from the hips, promoting increased movement and relaxation. - Split Comfort: Progress towards getting comfortable and confident with your front splits. Important Information To make the most of your class experience, please adhere to the following guidelines: Arrival: Arrive on time and ensure you are well-hydrated. Note that the class will be filmed for educational and promotional purposes. What to Bring: Water Yoga mat Knee pads (if required) Yoga blocks (if required) Time Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Please be aware that class slots will be cancelled after 10 minutes of lateness or no-show. Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or rescheduling. What to Bring Water Yoga Mat: For comfort Knee Pads (If required): To protect your knees during floor activities. Yoga Blocks (If required): For additional support and to enhance your practice.
