This Glute Activation & Hip Stability class is designed to strengthen and stabilise your lower body while improving overall hip function. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced participant, this in-person class is suitable for all levels and is led by our experienced stretch coach. What to Expect: This is NOT yoga. During this class, you’ll be guided through a series of targeted drills and exercises aimed at activating your glutes, strengthening your hips, and improving stability, which in turn goves you the best foundation for flexibility training. The benefits of this class include: • Enhanced Hip Stability: Build strong, stable hips that support movement and protect your lower back and knees. • Glute Activation: Learn to engage and strengthen key muscle groups for better posture, performance and flexibility. • Improved Balance & Movement: Increase your functional strength, coordination and mobility for daily life and fitness activities. • Support for Flexibility Training: Strengthening your glutes and hips complements your flexibility work, making stretches safer and more effective. Important Information: • Arrival: Please arrive on time, the warm-up cannot be missed in order to prevent injury! You have a 10-minute grace period; class slots will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or fail to show up. • Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before and during the class. • Filming Notice: Please be advised that the class may be filmed for promotional and educational purposes.
