This Hip & Quad Reset class is designed as the perfect finish to a month of intense hip work. It focuses on releasing tension, restoring mobility and enhancing the function of your hips and quads. Suitable for all levels, this in-person class is led by our experienced stretch coach. What to Expect: During this virtual class, you’ll be guided through a series of targeted release techniques, stretches and mobility exercises to help your hips and quads fully recover and feel revitalised. The benefits of this class include: - Release Built-Up Tension: Let go of tightness and soreness accumulated after weeks of hip training. - Enhance Hip & Knee Function: Restore alignment and stability in your lower body for everyday movement. - Boost Flexibility & Mobility: Complement your prior hip-opening classes for long-lasting improvements. - Relax & Recharge Muscles: Finish your hip journey feeling lighter, looser, and fully refreshed. Important Information: - Cameras must be ON, microphones on MUTE (for safety and coaching quality) - Punctuality: Please arrive on time. The warm-up is essential for injury prevention - Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period applies.
