Created for Muslim women, by request 💙 (Class doesn't need to be filmed) - Stretching and Strengthening: Focus on both the hips and hamstrings to improve your range of motion and build strength. - Easing Tightness: Work on relieving tight hamstrings while strengthening the glutes for better support and balance. - Stress Release: Learn techniques to release tension from the hips, promoting increased movement and relaxation. - Split Comfort: Progress towards getting comfortable and confident with your front splits. Important Information To make the most of your class experience, please adhere to the following guidelines: Arrival: Arrive on time and ensure you are well-hydrated. What to Bring: Water Yoga Blocks (REQUIRED) Yoga mat Knee pads (Recommended) Time Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Please be aware that class slots will be cancelled after 10 minutes of lateness or no-show. Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or rescheduling.
