Join our Hips, Knees & Ankles Mobility class, where we focus on improving the health, strength, and mobility of your lower body joints. This session is designed to help you move with greater control, stability, and range of motion through targeted mobility exercises and joint-specific strength drills. Whether you're an athlete, active individual, or simply looking to move pain-free, this class will help you build stronger and more resilient hips, knees, and ankles. Class Highlights: Increase Lower Body Mobility: Improve your range of motion in the hips, knees and ankles through controlled mobility drills. Improving squat depth. Joint-Specific Strength Training: Strengthen the muscles that support your lower body joints for better stability and function. Injury Prevention & Rehab: Participate in exercises designed to reduce injury risk and support recovery from common lower body issues. Improve Athletic Performance: Develop stronger, more mobile joints to enhance movement in sports and training. Pain-Free Movement: Learn techniques that help reduce stiffness and discomfort in the lower body. Important Information Please be advised of the following: Punctuality & Hydration: Arrive on time and ensure you are well-hydrated. Filming Notice: Please note that the class will be filmed for training and promotional purposes. What to Bring: Yoga Blocks: Required, to assist with certain mobility exercises. Water: Stay hydrated throughout the session. Yoga Mat: Required for comfort and support during exercises. Knee Pads: Recommended, if needed for extra cushioning. Class Policies Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Class slots will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up. No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted.
